Cristiano Ronaldo is said to have had a chat with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez concerning his ongoing transfer saga.
The 32-year-old striker has been silent since the commencement of his ordeal but Spanish news outlet El Confidencial has come out to make some very bold claims. According to a recent editorial, the paper has enough reason to believe that Cristiano has held a phone conversation with his club president following Portugal’s defeat to Chile in the semi-final of the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup.

In the dialogue, the Madeira-born superstar denied all the allegations pointing to his departure from Los Blancos to Florentino.
“I never said that I would leave Madrid,” Ronaldo declared.
“I commented at a dinner with teammates that I was hurt, that I felt mistreated, persecuted and treated as a delinquent when I fulfilled my tax obligations following the instructions of my advisers and lawyers, both in England and in Spain.
“I have not denied anything of the things published because I do not want enter into the game of the press.”
Ronaldo is currently spending time with his newly born twins in the United States. At the moment, it remains uncertain as to whether he will be involved in Real Madrid’s pre-season matches in America as his destination is yet to be determined.
